Yesterday’s meals!

Breakfast:  Special k and semi-skimmed milk = 170kcals

Lunch:  A slice of wholemeal bread - 51kcals + A medium sized boiled egg - around 70kcals = 121kcals

Dinner: A pizza slice - around 131kcals + 2 mini scotch eggs - 92kcals = 223kcals

Snacks: Small sweet popcorn = 307kcals

Drinks: cup of tea x 2 - 28kcals + 4 glasses of water + hot chocolate - 160kcals = 188kcals

Total: 1009kcals

Workout: Cross-trainer for 20mins = -170kcals
