So I never managed to actually work out today; when I got on the cross-trainer I noticed my kitty&amp;#8217;s lip was cut and we ended up taking him to the vet :( So that&amp;#8217;s another day of no exercise.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Anyways, to the main point of the post, I&amp;#8217;m feeling ultra light headed all the time, anyone got any ideas why that might be? I&amp;#8217;m eating the right amount of calories, it&amp;#8217;s mainly all clean food (fresh chicken, lots of salad etc), and i&amp;#8217;m drinking tons of water. I&amp;#8217;m thinking I might need some vitamin tablets? Whatever&amp;#8217;s wrong it&amp;#8217;s making me really tired constantly :( I thought it might be a lack of carbs or something so today i&amp;#8217;ve had this mini banana bread thing and a piece of fruit bread to make up for it. But it still hasn&amp;#8217;t gone away. So weird :s&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So yeah, eating more than normal, not exercising, but still I went shopping today and got a pair of UK size 12 shorts and a UK size 10 top! Eeeee I&amp;#8217;ve NEVER owned something size 10! And my boobs haven&amp;#8217;t gotten any smaller I don&amp;#8217;t think, so it must just be my tummy, which makes me very happy :) So I&amp;#8217;m not giving up, tomorrow I&amp;#8217;ll go on the cross-trainer and I&amp;#8217;ll try to eat normally again. &lt;p&gt;Even if you think you can’t do it, you can! Even if you go two weeks without eating healthy, you can still motivate yourself to keep going, you just gotta believe!&lt;/p&gt;

Basically I went out, was really hungover the next day so decided that&amp;#8217;d be my rest day. Then the next day I went shopping for SEVEN HOURS with my mum. That should be classed as a workout! I was so exhausted afterwards. Then yesterday we both cleaned the house and I felt a bit sick so I did no exercise, and today I&amp;#8217;m going shopping again. Hopefully not as extreme a shopping trip as last time so I&amp;#8217;ll have some energy tonight!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;On the food front I&amp;#8217;ve been doing well though, sticking within the 1200-1600 calorie ranges :) I&amp;#8217;ve been trying some fun new recipes too so I&amp;#8217;m feeling positive! Also, I haven&amp;#8217;t weighed myself but I reckon I&amp;#8217;ve lost quite a bit of water weight. My belly isn&amp;#8217;t poking out as much and I feel a lot less bloated, so drinking more water has really been helping me. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Progress is slow, but that&amp;#8217;s fine, I&amp;#8217;m in no rush to get fit.
