This is Serena Williams, one of the best professional tennis players in the world. Look at her body. She can hit a 127.4 mph serve, she can run around on the court for hours etc… I’m not going to go around a list you facts of the things she can do and has accomplished. All I am going to say is that you need to be EXTREMELY fit, strong and quick to be able to play tennis. If you were to spot her on the beach without knowing who she was, would you consider her “fit” or “healthy”? You can’t judge a person’s health or lifestyle by the way they look.
