So it’s been a while since I’ve properly gotten back into ‘healthy mode’ and it sucks that this has become an issue during exam period but oh well.
I’m at uni again, I can’t afford the gym so jogs and swimming are what i’ll have to stick to exercise wise. I’m so out of touch with what i used to eat though. I’m in some bad habits, I’ve put on quite a bit of weight, and now I’m feeling sooo uncomfortable about it. I’d like to lose at least 5lbs before summer comes along. Hopefully. That’s like 1lb a week so maybe I can do it. I’m looking back over some of my old daily eating posts to make up some meal plans and hopefully I can get back into the swing of things and stick to it. I’m constantly hungry, probably because of how stretched my tummy is from eating so much for the past few months and I know the first few days will be ridiculously difficult but I’m well up for this.
If anyone has any good (and please please, cheap!) meal ideas I’d love to hear them. I have a lotttt of fresh chicken I froze so chicken ideas would be even more appreciated :)
